Tasks:

• Conducting an active search and analysis of potential candidates in the IT field around the world;
• Study and analysis of vacancies, compilation of candidate profiles;
• Personal approach and construction of written qualitative dialogues with candidates;
• Implementation of personal KPIs.

Requirements:

• Written and spoken English is not below B2 level
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Experience in searching for IT candidates on the LinkedIn platform;
• Owning techniques for searching for candidates on the Internet;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Independence and proactivity.
