IT Researcher in Adtelligent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a researcher
• Experience in using various resources, websites, etc., for candidate sourcing
• Experience in writing job descriptions
• Good communication skills, responsibility, and creativity in finding suitable candidates
• Be result-oriented
• Upper intermediate level of English and good command of Ukrainian (both written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quick candidate sourcing for various vacancies from different platforms
• Primary communication
• Close cooperation with recruiter
• Planning the search strategy and ensuring a constant flow of candidates
• Entry of candidates into our internal database
• Providing feedback to the team and candidates at all stages of the process
