Your responsibilities:
- Team management – daily operational management, delegating tasks, supporting with issues, setting goals and objectives, training and developing team members, performance monitoring, ensuring effective communication and motivating and coaching the team
- Developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for hiring Talents
- Providing continuous improvement, tools, and data-driven decisions
- Operating as IT Senior Recruiter on dedicated positions in the company- managing end to end complex recruitment processes, utilizing various channels such as job boards, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and attract candidates
- Conducting behavioral-based interviews with candidates to support Hiring Managers in decision making process
- Presenting job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as needed, and facilitating the acceptance process
- Training new IT Recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to operate in their roles
- Establish solid, trust-based relationships, and communicate effectively with individuals at various levels, including C-level management
- Staying up to date with IT job market trends, improving existing approach
- Reporting on Recruitment KPI’s and effectiveness to Head of People&Culture
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Recruiting on an unassisted, self-standing position – you will be a role model for our recruitment team
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (People Manager), preferably in IT Recruitment area
- Strong drive on delivering results and achieving goals – we want you to work on yearly and quarterly goals
- Focus on quality and satisfaction of both the business partners and the candidate
- Ability to match candidates with projects/open position based on wide experience – IT job market is highly competitive and our company aims to work with the best experts!
- Proven capability to influence and be recognized as a trusted advisor, utilizing solid business insight – your perspective will be valued
- Delivery-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills – we prioritize rapid and high-quality operating

- Ability to handle time pressure and prioritize work
- Fluency in English
