We are considering candidates with various levels of experience in IT recruitment who are ready for active plans and tasks.Responsibilities:Searching for relevant candidates for prepared job openings in specialized social networks. Candidate search locations: Europe, Ukraine.Maintaining the ATS database.Communicating with candidates regarding job openings in social networks and messengers.Daily KPI reporting.Achieving monthly goals for filling job openings.Our expectations:Experience in IT recruitment for 6 months or more.Proficient written and spoken communication skills.English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher (conversational Polish is a plus).A desire for growth and self-development.Organizational skills and a commitment to self-education (understanding programming languages, frameworks, libraries, roles in IT companies).Responsibility and result-orientation.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to learn.We offer:Fully remote work.Collaboration with IT companies in Europe.Income linked to foreign currency and timely payments (base salary + bonuses).14 working days of annual leave.Training and support from colleagues, regular learning programs.No bureaucracy.Regular salary reviews and transparent career growth within the company.
