Our company is looking for HRmanager, who is a master of finding diamonds in the labor market — the most qualified and responsible candidates for the team. If you are interested in developing as a HR in the field < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">IT, then here you are :)

Work experience

• Work experience as an HR/recruiter, especially in the field of IT;
• Experience with Linkedin, Github, Djinni;
• Basic understanding of the IT field (name of programming languages, basic understanding of web/internet);
• Experience with office programs;
• Experience of working with people and conducting telephone conversations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ukrainian job search platforms;
• Compilation, editing, updating, maintaining the relevance of vacancies;
• Processing of incoming applications from applicants (e-mail, websites, messengers);
• Active search and sending of invitations to suitable candidates (job search sites);

• Conducting the first interview;
• Forming one's own impression of communication with the candidate in the form of a report;
• Transferring the candidate further for a technical interview;
• Working with by third-party HR agencies, if necessary (rarely used);
• Tracking incoming test tasks from job seekers and submitting them for consideration;
• Notifying applicants about the results of their test checks (rejection or invitation to an interview );
• Invitation to an interview;
