We expect from you: Experience in recruiting for at least 1 year; Understanding of online marketing (Digital Marketing) and traffic arbitrage (Affiliate Marketing); You closed vacancies in the fields of IT and/or Digital Marketing; The ability to quickly find the best among the best; Knowledge of the labor market and trends in recruiting; Good communication skills (written and oral); Own style of writing vacancies; Ability to work independently; Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods; Ability to work with databases and HR systems; Ability to use not only WorkUa, RabotaUa and other basic platforms for closing vacancies; Sociability and love for people.
