Our company is looking for an HR manager who is a master of finding diamonds on the labor market - the most qualified and responsible candidates for the team. First of all, you and I will have to hire many new employees, because we are at the stage of rapid growth of the team. In the future, there may be additional tasks to work with current employees. Why we are looking for new team members:

Due to the growth of our company and the successful conclusion of new contracts for 2025, we are actively looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team. At the moment, 1 vacancy is open.

Test task

  • The company may, at its own discretion, not inform candidates of the reason for refusal and technical details of the completed test.
  • In case of successful passage to the third stage of the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss the details of your test task with the manager.

Working conditions

  • The first month will be a paid period of Company Bootcamp;
  • Remote work;
  • Fixed rate in $;
  • Bonus for each applicant who passed the Company Bootcamp and stayed with the company (on average, 3-6 people in the company go through the Company Bootcamp at the same time) is calculated in $ ;
  • We work officially (payment of your work through FOP);
  • English classes 2 times a week (groups of two people during non-working hours);
  • Access to our library of books to further develop negotiation skills and the ability to find the most relevant candidates for the company;
  • Working day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The plan for the day is made at a stand-up meeting and must be completed (subject to common sense) throughout the day at checkpoints. After accepting the job, the manager closes the working day);
  • Rate/bonus review once every 6-12 months.

Requirements

  • Work in strict compliance with company regulations;
  • English (ability to write, read and understand the context), Russian (spoken), Ukrainian (spoken);
  • Work in Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets;
  • Attention to details and persistence;
  • Pleasant voice and positive attitude (will be a bonus).

  • Experience as an HR/recruiter, especially in the IT field;
  • Experience with Linkedin, Github, Djinni;
  • Basic understanding of the IT field (name of programming languages, basic understanding of web/internet);
  • Experience with office programs;< /li>
  • Experience of working with people and maintaining telephone numbersov.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Ukrainian and Estonian job search sites;< /li>
  • Compilation, editing, updating, updating vacancies;
  • Processing of incoming applications from applicants (e-mail, websites, messengers);
  • Active search and sending of invitations to relevant candidates (job search sites);
  • Conducting the first interview;
  • Forming one's own impression of communicating with the candidate in the form of a report;
  • Transferring the candidate further for a technical interview ;
  • Working with third-party HR agencies, as needed (rarely used);
  • Tracking incoming test tasks from co-seekers and forwarding them for consideration;
  • Notifying applicants about their test results (rejection or invitation to an interview);
  • Invitation to an interview;
  • In the future: writing thematic posts to attract feedback on vacancies for the company's social networks.
