Duties and expectations from cooperation:< /p>
Engage with the full cycle of hiring - from hiring request to signing the job offer by the candidate:
- closely cooperate with hiring managers regarding: correct submission of the hiring request; job promotion; etc.
- carry out a preliminary own search and select relevant candidates from the feedback received
- correctly run the internal recruiting automation system - monitor the availability of statuses and comments on candidates
- conduct initial interviews using the company's internal tools
- maintain the speed and quality of job management based on the deadline (cooperate with the company's HR)
- provide timely feedback to candidates while supporting the company's HR brand
- cooperate with the company's HR to improve the hiring process
Requirements:
- English - B2+< /li>
- experience in recruiting technical specialists from 2 years
- experience working with automation
Terms of cooperation:< /strong>
- part-time employment (3-4 hours/day)
- payment is based on the scale of the rate of the employed candidate
- 30% bonus we pay on the first day of the candidate's exit
70% bonus - after the candidate successfully completes the trial period (3 months)
