Our team has experience in creating B2B, B2C and B2E projects in various business areas - automation of production and business processes, transport and logistics, interactive learning and media, medicine, hotel and restaurant business.
The company has been successfully operating on the international IT market since 2000. Our clients are companies from Western Europe, the USA, and Ukraine.
We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter/Analyst who can successfully work with the full cycle of recruiting, as well as perform tasks related to labor market and salary analysis.
To successfully implement the tasks, you need to have:
- Work experience in the position of an IT recruiter from 1.5 years;
- Knowledge of the main IT roles and specifications of the IT field (developers, testers, DevOps, analysts, etc.).
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2-C1 level;
- Understanding and using modern methods of search and recruitment in the IT industry.
- Experience with resources for finding candidates: DOU, Work, Linkedin, Djinni... 5. Skills of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Experience with CRM systems for managing relationships with candidates and customers.
- Orientation to the result and desire to work;
- Experience in labor market analysis (will be an advantage), namely:
- Ability to use analytical tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
—Understanding how to effectively use resources such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, DOU, Work.ua, Djinni.co and others to gather analytics.
Conducting initial interviews to assess the skills, experience and suitability of candidates for various positions. Collaboration with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements for open positions. Maintaining the database of candidates in ZOHO - Recruit and maintaining it in proper condition. Formation of a positive image of the company on the labor market. Labor Market Analysis: Conducting labor market research to determine demand for IT professionals and competitive salaries. We offer:
