Your future functionality:

 Our candidate has:

• experience in IT recruitment from 2 years;
• knowledge of various recruiting practices and interview processes;

• knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market;

• basic understanding of software development roles and technologies;

• excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• good knowledge of the English language (Intermediate+);

• flexibility and adaptability;

• active position and orientation to the result.
