IT recruiter in Makarenko O.M., FOP

Open part-time recruiter position. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 15-20 hours per week (half-day). You can combine.Salary: $500 for 15-20 hours per week + hiring bonus, cryptocurrency payments.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter of 3 years or more
• Confident use of AI for rapid job generation
• Working with Calendly for time management
• Recording skills and analysis of meetings (tl;dv or OBS + AI)

We provide a ready-made script, but we highly value creativity and initiative. Knowledge of English is not required (search in Ukraine only). Reporting is fully automated (scoring is filled in automatically after each interview). Trial period - 3 months, fully paid.

KPI plan for the trial period(3 months, fully paid)

Overall goal: to close 3 open positions (SMM specialists, lead generators, Sales specialist) by providing a larger number of suitable candidates for each of them.

Weekly indicators:

• 15-20 working hours (part-time)
• Bonus for each successful hire (details are discussed individually)
