Job: IT Recruiter (remote work, full-time or part-time)

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an ambitious and motivated colleague who wants to develop in the field of recruiting. The ideal candidate is a person who enjoys communicating with people, knows how to find an individual approach and wants to influence his income level.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates through internal databases, social networks and specialized platforms
• Attracting candidates, conducting interviews and carrying out initial selection
• Submission of candidates' resumes for consideration by clients and support of candidates at all stages of the selection process

Requirements:

• Experience in in the field of recruiting from 1 year
• Proficiency in English as an advantage
• Ability to sell, work with objections
