For our IT company operating on the Life Science market, we are looking for an IT recruiter with experience who will join our team and will support us in acquiring talent for various positions - from technical, through specialist, to office and those focused on soft skills. We are looking for you if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in the IT area.
• You know tools and techniques for reaching candidates, including direct search.
• You like working with a team, sharing knowledge and achieving recruitment goals together.
• You are a proactive, communicative person and can effectively prioritize tasks.
• You are not afraid to ask questions and get to the bottom of things to understand what candidate profile is needed.
• You know English at B2/C1 level and have experience in international cooperation.

Great if you also:

• You have experience working in IT companies or a recruitment agency
• You have worked with ATS systems and tools for managing recruitment projects.
