Required skills:

— 1,5+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outstaffing company;
— Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback;
— Excellent user of LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.;
— Good knowledge of  X-Ray, Boolean Search, and other search methods;
— Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes;
— Experience with databases and CRM systems;
— Ability to create job descriptions and deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
— Ability to solve different recruitment-related questions;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— English Level — Intermediate+.
