• you know the techniques of personnel selection of various levels of complexity (IT and Non-IT);

Together with the team, you will:

• process search applications and post vacancies on search resources;
• select resumes for open vacancies;
• plan and conduct interviews;
• communicate with hiring managers regarding the recruiting process;
• maintain an internal database of candidates, form a personnel reserve;
• advise managers on personnel management policies and procedures;
• participate in the onboarding process of new employees;
• participate in other projects of the department.
