International IT company MintyMint is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT recruiter. MintyMint creates successful and high-quality products for startups and businesses in the US and EU.

Among our clients: one of the most famous real estate investors in the USA, a subsidiary of the University of Oxford, financial institutions in the field of cryptocurrencies and other well-known companies and brands.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting: from search to hiring;
• Experience working in an IT environment and understanding the specifics of searching and hiring IT specialists;
• Knowledge of the market and trends in the industry;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of IT recruiting services.
• Active search for candidates using various sourcing tools.
• Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process.
• Identification, selection and conducting of interviews.
• Negotiations for signing Job Offers and confidentiality agreements.
• Determining needs and identifying weak points of developers.
• Working with objections.
• Expanding the network and creating talent pools of candidates.
