As at IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and hiring process for a company (Developers, Marketing, Managers, and many more roles).
International recruiting. The company's offices and employees are located in different parts of the world.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand current and future hiring needs and develop hiring plans to attract top talent and meet those needs.
- Perform full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including utilizing various sourcing channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the negotiation and hiring process with selected candidates.
Requirements:
- 1 + year of experience in a similar position in an IT industry/Marketing.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search. Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance.
- Experience in hiring in IT, Marketing, and other fields.
