We are looking for a person who will:

• engage in recruitment (full cycle) for IT positions at various levels;
• search for candidates using classic and alternative sources and tools;
• analyze the labor market;
• effectively cooperate with internal customers (head of departments);
• work with an automated database of candidates;
• prepare weekly reports.

You are suitable if you have:

• 2 years of experience as an IT recruiter;
• higher education;
• mastery of sourcing tools at a high level;
• excellent communication skills.
