Vacancy: IT Recruiter (remote, full-time or part-time)

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an ambitious and motivated colleague who wants to develop in the field of recruiting. The ideal candidate is a person who enjoys interacting with people, knows how to find an individual approach, and wants to influence their income level.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates through internal bases, social networks and specialized platforms
• Recruitment of candidates, conducting interviews and carrying out initial selection
• Submission of resumes of candidates for consideration by clients and support of candidates at all stages of the selection process

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year
• Proficiency in English as an advantage
• Ability to sell, work with objections
• Activity, energy , responsibility and excellent communication skills
