We are looking for IT Recruiters of different level to join our young and progressive team in Ukraine.
IT-recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process at Global Teams LTD.

Requirements:
Understanding of software development company functioning;
Excellent searching skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, etc.)
Good conversational level of English (B2+) is a must;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Global recruitment experience (Eastern Europe);
Experience with ATS;
Head-hunting skills;
Result orientation;
Attention to details;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Positive mindset;

Will be a plus:
Experience in IT- outstaffing/outsourcing company or recruitment agency;
German Language (B+);
Polish Language (B+);

Responsibilities
Headhunting and Recruitment of staff (IT and non-IT positions)
Effective communication with potential candidates;
Conducting Interviews;
Increasing and updating internal candidate database;
Work and negotiations both with external customers and with internal (PM, Team Lead, CEO etc.);
Communication with the foreign customers and partners;
IT market monitoring;
Taking part in company-brand development.
