What you’ll be doing:

• Creating cool job postings that catch the eye
• Searching for candidates in various corners of the internet (Is social media your second home? Great!)
• Reviewing resumes and applications (and maybe finding hidden gems 💎)
• Conducting interviews and screenings (time to show off your communication superpowers!)
• Collecting and providing feedback about candidates
• Organizing the pre-onboarding process (helping newbies feel at home)

Your superpowers:

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (you’ve seen some code and aren’t scared of it 😉)
• Understanding of the IT outsourcing market (you know all the trends!)
• Navigate the recruitment lifecycle like a fish in water
• Master the magic of Boolean search and X-ray
• Communicate and solve problems with ease
• Can follow processes (but not against improving them!)
• Experience in searching for candidates in Western markets (this is very important to us!)
• Your English is at least intermediate (because you’ll be talking to people from all over the world!)
