Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, ideally in the field of game development;
- Excellent command of various search tools and techniques in LinkedIn and Boolean search;
- Knowledge of the market and trends in the gamedev/igaming industry;
- High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Education in the field of management or psychology;
- Critical and systemic thinking and understanding of IT product creation processes;
- Proficiency in English is not lower than Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Active search for candidates and their selection in accordance with requirements;
- Placement of vacancies on various Internet platforms;
- Systematic management of recruiting processes through the use of the HRM system;
- Communication with candidates: clarifying information, agreeing a time for interviews, giving feedback and rejections;
- Constant study and analysis of the latest trends in the field of recruiting and implementation of innovative methods at work;
- Help with HR processes;
Working conditions:
