Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, ideally in the field of game development;
• Excellent command of various search tools and techniques in LinkedIn and Boolean search;
• Knowledge of the market and trends in the gamedev/igaming industry;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Education in the field of management or psychology;
• Critical and systemic thinking and understanding of IT product creation processes;
• Proficiency in English is not lower than Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates and their selection in accordance with requirements;
• Placement of vacancies on various Internet platforms;
• Systematic management of recruiting processes through the use of the HRM system;
• Communication with candidates: clarifying information, agreeing a time for interviews, giving feedback and rejections;
• Constant study and analysis of the latest trends in the field of recruiting and implementation of innovative methods at work;
• Help with HR processes;

Working conditions:

• Payment for 20 working days of vacation, sick leave and certain public holidays, which are additional days off for all employees of the company;
