🟠 Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment;
  • Proficiency with management tools such as NOTION, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, PeopleForce), etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms like DOU, Djinni, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in performing Screening interviews;
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting technologies, including Google X-ray search, LinkedIn search, and related systems and tactics.
  • At least Upper-intermediate level in English, both verbal and written;
  • Responsiveness, results-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

🟠 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full life cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions;
  • Actively source candidates through various channels, cultivating diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates);
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates;
  • Collect requirements from clients;
  • Perform candidate screening interviews;
  • Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
  • Develop and maintain a candidate database;
  • Write vacancy reports and statistics;
  • Optimize the recruitment process;
  • Conduct internal and external lectures.

🟠 Interview steps:

  • Screening with the recruiter (about 30 minutes);
  • Interview with the CEO of the company (About 1 hour).
