The Team &Your Role You will work inagrowing and evolving ITRecruitment team (almost 30people) that consists ofrecruiters, sourcers and recruitment operations specialists who helpus move towards adata driven approach. Wewant toground our predictions and forecasts onthe analytics and statistics, soweconstantly work onthe design and configuration ofour CRM. Wehave anopportunity touse almost all existing tools that helpus inresearch and recruitment, plus weare always open toadd something new. Wework onabig number ofpositions with different technical stack, soyou will definitely strengthen your skills asaversatile professional. Though wework from home, westay inclose communication with the team: run daily meetings, perform knowledge sharing events, trainings and team buildings. What you will bedoing here withus: Proactively work with managers and leaders across the company tounderstand current and future recruitment needs Perform full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including development ofsourcing strategies and required budgets, screening candidates, preparing and facilitating for interviews, and the decision-making process; Conduct executive searches and matching ofqualified candidates through social media channels, job boards, company databases, and other resources; Headhunting using online and offline sourcing techniques. What wewould like tosee: 1 + year ofexperience inasimilar position inanIT industry Upper-Intermediate English Desire and motivation todevelop inIT recruiting Understanding oftheIT technologies industry, market trends Basic knowledge ofprogramming technology differences Experience inGoogle Boolean and x-Ray search Knowledge ofLinkedIn asabusiness tool High level ofself-organization and responsibility Ability tolearn fast, find and use new research tools, analytical mindset Negotiation skills and ofwork with objections Ability tolearn quickly, multitasking performance Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility What’s initfor you: Work schedule: 8-hour working day; Life-balance support: 25working days ofvacation; 5days ofpaid sick leave per month (ifnecessary) without providing amedical certificate; generous maternity leave program.
