We are seeking an experienced recruiter capable of filling various IT roles (mostly the senior level) in a timely manner. As a relatively small agency, it is extremely important to us that you share the same values 👇as the other managers at EchoGlobal.

🖥️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
— Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
— Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales team ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
— Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.

⚙️ REQUIREMENTS:
— You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write a code, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, software;
— At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience;
— Successful experience of remote work;
— Positive references from previous employers.

🗣 ENGLISH LEVEL:
Upper-Intermediate. You will be chatting to international candidates.

👨‍💻 WORK SCHEDULE AND TIMEZONE:
Flexible 8hr/day Mon — Fri EEST Time Zone.
