We are looking for a results-oriented IT Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition to join our team!
Responsibilities:
End-to-end Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial brief with Hiring Managers to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
Proactive Sourcing: Search for candidates effectively to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and respectful interview process for every candidate.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on tech trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves to provide expert advice to the team.
ATS Management: Maintain a clean and organized database (we use PeopleForce).
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
Tech Savvy: Good understanding of software development stacks and experience in closing tech positions (FullStack, DevOps, QA, BA, SysNet Admin, Support).
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least Intermediate) and Ukrainian.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
