What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and engaging candidates to making offers and closing positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers: define roles, align expectations, and support decision-making.

  • Build strong relationships: earn trust from candidates, hiring managers, and the internal team.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline: keep track of interactions and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends: monitor the job market, talent movement, and emerging hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruitment background: experience in general recruitment or completed IT recruitment courses. Prior IT recruitment experience is a plus.

  • Hiring process knowledge: deep understanding of the full-cycle hiring process and modern search tools.

  • Strong sourcing skills: experience with direct search, passive candidate engagement, and market research.

  • Excellent communication & people skills: ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

  • Detail-oriented & results-driven: you stay organized and keep moving toward the goal.

  • Upper-Intermediate English: comfortable communicating with foreign candidates and hiring managers.
