NIC-ELECTRONICS is one of the largest companies in Eastern Europe in the development and production of measuring devices, energy management systems, as well as energy consulting and engineering.

Our key areas of activity:

• Development and production of electricity, water, heat, gas meters;
• Development and implementation of AMI systems and other automation and control systems in the field of energy;
• Production of stabilizers, transformers and other electrical products;
• Production of printed circuit boards (SMD).

We have our own R&D, which includes developers, testers, electronic engineers, design engineers and designers who create projects and developments that are already implemented in our modern production. In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team to work on vacancies in the R&D division.

Your duties:

• Management of the full cycle of recruitment: R&D direction
• Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of the processes of passing trial terms;
• Test various platforms for posting vacancies;
• Perform an active search for candidates, headhunting;
• Conduct initial phone interviews, online interviews and face-to-face meetings;
• Adhere to established closing deadlines;
• Build a long-term relationship with the candidate, if cooperation is not currently possible;
• Successfully close vacancies and invest in closing deadlines;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis.

From you we expect:

• Higher education (personnel management direction or technical direction will be an advantage);
• Experience in IT (will be an advantage);
• English language level not lower than Intermediate;
• High level of empathy, excellent communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking.
