We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will be able to attract the best technical and non-technical specialists for our company.

Duties:

• Full cyclerecruiting
• Identifying and attracting highly qualified technical and non-technical specialists for various projects and teams
• Conducting recruiting interviews and assessing candidate skills against position requirements
• Assessing and selecting candidates based on technical knowledge, experience and fit with company culture
• Determining staffing needs with technical managers and team leaders
• Using various candidate sourcing methods including professional networks, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.
• Collaborating with HR team to ensure effective onboarding of new employees
• Support and development positive relations with candidates at all stages of recruitment
• Reporting and analysis of recruitment processes with the aim of optimizing them
• There may be 10-15 vacancies at work at the same time

• 3+ years of IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter experience
• Deep understanding of technical and non-technical roles and
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical knowledge of candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to changes
