Office/hybrid format of work in Kyiv. Remote is not provided. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in recruiting at a fintech company for at least 3 years.
< li>Experience in conducting interviews, knowledge of various methods of competence verification.
• Knowledge of the most popular modern sources of candidate search.
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with
  objections .
• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time. 
• Organized and attentive to details.
• High level of responsibility;
