What to do:

• Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from searching and selecting candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers;
• Preparing and posting vacancies on specialized job search sites;
• Using various sources to find and attract candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, DOU, etc.);
• Active search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
• Conducting primary resume screening and telephone or video interviews to assess the qualifications of candidates;
• Organization and conductinginterview, assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates;
• Maintenance of candidate database;
• Coordination of the hiring process, including job offers and negotiations with candidates, preparation and processing of necessary documents for hiring.

What it takes:

• Experience in the position of IT Recruiter from 2 years;
• Experience in working with Linkedin, Djinni and similar sources of finding IT specialists;
• Understanding of basic technologies and terminology in the IT field;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with candidates, managers and other participants in the hiring process;
