What needs to be done:

• management of the full recruitment cycle with a focus on IT vacancies, but not exclusively
• adaptation of new employees< /li>
• maintenance of candidate database and formation of personnel reserve
• formation of reports on recruitment of personnel
• participation in HR projects of the Bank.

This will require:

• higher education
• 2+ years of work experience in IT personnel selection
• successful experience in closing IT vacancies of varying degrees of complexity using various candidate search tools
• proactive position, quality and result-oriented
• ability to show flexibility and reasonedly defend one's point of view
