Responsibilities: Full cycle of personnel selection: formation of vacancy texts, search and selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews yu, conducting interviews in the office or in the format of a video call; Maintaining a database of candidates; Implementation of employee adaptation programs; Participation in the implementation of HR projects. Requirements: Higher education; Self-organization, communication skills; Work experience in a similar position - from 1 year; Mastery of techniques recruitment of various levels of complexity; Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel); Ability to work for results; Ability to make decisions independently.
