What we will entrust to you:

  • Be responsible for the formation of portfolio components in accordance with the strategic goals of the company or a separate business unit.
  • Participate in strategic sessions with the sponsor (N-1) and his team to identify key areas of development in the medium and long term for effective formation or changes to the project portfolio.
  • Create a culture of the IT team, which is aimed at transparency, speed, proactivity, efficiency, achieving business results and customer orientation. Responsible for planning, management, governance, balancing and optimization of the project portfolio.
  • Define the organizational structure and hire, allocate and manage project managers to form and ensure the resource plan of the portfolio.
  • Form, with the help of the portfolio team, a portfolio plan that includes (calendar work schedule plan, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan).
  • Manage communications with portfolio sponsor(s) (level N-1), internal and regional stakeholders regarding the status and resolution of conflict situations or escalations at all levels of portfolio management.
  • Be responsible for portfolio risk management, taking into account the dependencies between its components.
  • Participate in organizational changes that arise as a result of the implementation of portfolio components.
  • Responsible for the preparation of analytical reports on the status of the portfolio and collects information on the analysis of portfolio components from project managers.
  • Be responsible for the training and development of portfolio team members.
  • Control the process of development, management, updating and storage of project documentation, budget, resource plan and plan-graph of portfolio components in information systems.
  • Take part in the development and development of project management methodology and corporate templates for maintaining project documentation.
li> Experience in managing IT projects from 5 years.
  • Experience in implementing one of the ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, Big Data, IoT, Web\Mob products class systems (at leaste 3 successful implementations of various systems)
  • Knowledge and experience of using PMI PMBOK and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of ADKAR/ACMP change management methodology.
  • Team building skills from scratch.
  • Skills of organizing tenders, conducting negotiations and contracting with subcontractors.
  • Experience managing distributed teams (>30 FTE).
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC management.
  • Knowledge of approaches to estimating project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience in risk management and project change management process organization.
  • Knowledge of managing dependencies between projects within the program.
  • Experience in conflict management in projects.
  • Skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience in maintaining project documentation in the project management information system.
