We are a Polish IT company specializing in dedicated projects for WordPress and WooCommerce, while developing PHP and JS teams. We work mainly for clients in foreign markets. We have been operating on the market for over 15 years and we are still experiencing systematic growth.

We work both locally in small teams in the office in Gliwice and fully remotely.

Due to our development plans, we are looking for an effective Project Manager, who will complement our team and contribute to the growth of the organization.
The aim of this position is to manage projects, cooperate with a distributed team, the client and ensure the correct implementation of schedules.

Must have:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in IT projects in the area of ​​software delivery.
• Experience in conducting agile product development (including Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in managing web projects (including those based on WordPress CMS).
• Analytical skills enabling collecting requirements from the client, conducting workshops, etc.
• Knowledge of WordPress technology and the plugin environment.
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence, including creating simple automations and configurations.
• Ability to estimate realistic budgets and deadlines
  
• Confidence in taking initiative and effectively managing team work.
• Focus on problem solving.
• Independence and self-organization.
  
• Focus on the project and the client's business.
• Knowledge of English B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Experience in workshop work with clients
• Experience in the e-commerce area
