IT Project Manager @ Strix in Strix

For Strix we are looking for an experienced, business-oriented PM with practical knowledge of the internet/e-commerce industry. The person in this position plays a key role in the team that requires leadership skills, creativity and the ability to identify the most effective solutions for our clients. PM participates in the project from the valuation stage to go-live and further service. What matters here is experience in project management, implementation team, ability to substantively cooperate with clients and a holistic view of the project. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high budget and scale projects. Experience in gathering business requirements. Knowledge of the internet/e-commerce industry. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Commercial experience in managing a large development team. Ability to think analytically and make logical conclusions. Assertiveness and goal orientation. Ability to maintain project documentation. Knowledge of English at least B2 level, enabling effective communication in speech and writing. Fluent knowledge of Polish.
