IT Project Manager (Shopware) @ Strix in Strix

For Strix we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, business-oriented, with practical knowledge of the e-commerce industry and the Shopware platform. The person in this position plays a key role in the team that requires leadership skills, creativity and the ability to identify the most effective solutions for our clients.

PM participates in the project from the pricing stage to go-live and further service. What matters here is experience in project management, implementation team, ability to substantively cooperate with clients and a holistic view of the project.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high-budget and high-scale projects.
• Knowledge of the Shopware platform.
• Experience in working on e-commerce projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in gathering business requirements.
• Commercial experience in managing a large development team.
• Ability to think analytically and make logical conclusions.
• Ability to manage risks in the project, identify them and how to solve them.
• Ability to manage budget, time and project scope.
• Assertiveness and goal orientation.
• Ability to maintain project documentation.
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level, enabling effective communication in speech and writing.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish.
