Awery invites IT Project Manager (Middle+) to join the team.We are an international company that has been successfully launching IT solutions for the aviation industry around the world for more than 12 years.Join a rapidly growing and developing team!www.awery.aeroMain goals:Management of the process of implementation and refinement of projects: prioritization of tasks, checking the status of tasks, monitoring deadlines, solving problems on tasks, managing tasks on Workflow.Analysis of the business logic of the project, the proposal of the optimal functionality to achieve the goals of the project.Writing technical specifications, decomposition and prioritization into tasks.Regular communication with clients.Conducting trainings for client representatives in person and remotely.Collection of project requirements.Communication with the development team, coordination of the workflow: development, initial testing, work with requirements.Project reporting.What is important for this rolePlanning, implementation and project management.Understanding SDLC.Understanding the principle of client-server interaction.Experience with task tracking systems (Jira).Understanding and skills of using Scrum and Kanban frameworks, Agile principles.Skills in maintaining technical documentation.Ability to present information effectively.Personal qualities: excellent communication skills, high level of self-organization and time management, consistency, ability to work in a team, multitasking.Experience and qualificationsHigher education4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Account ManagerLevel of English — Upper Intermediate and above (oral and written).Experience in developing web applications.Will be a plus:Availability of technical background, management experience in mobile development or development of ERP / CRM systemsThe development of our colleagues is the success of the company, so we have created the most comfortable conditions:Removed / Relocation — Sofia/BulgariaWork schedule Mon-Fri 10:00—18:30 (flexible schedule possible).Official employment/FOP.Paid vacation and sick days.About AweryAwery is an international company building IT solutions for the aviation industry.
