IT Project Manager in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

 • manage the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, assessment of work, planning, development, testing, installation in a productive environment); 
 • simultaneous management of several projects; 
 • participate in the discussion and preparation of requirements, their clarification and planning; 
 • manage and control the schedule and budget of the project within certain scope, resources and deadlines; 
 • provide leadership and motivation of project team members to achieve project goals; 
 • manage the expectations of the customer and stakeholders; 
• manage communications between project stakeholders; 
 • conducting regular synchronization meetings with senior managers, cross-functional groups and project colleagues; 
- projects; 
 • knowledge of network infrastructure; 
 • knowledge and experience in managing projects with flexible Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); 
 • practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence); 
 • excellent written and oral communication skills (Ukrainian); 
 • practical experience of effective work as a project team leader; 
 • strong analytical and alternative solution skills. 
 
Will be a plus: 
 • technical experience: programming, participation in the construction of project architecture; 
 • practical experience in using project management tools (MS Project); 
 • practical experience of conducting mobile application development projects;
