IT Project Manager for a service agency in Team

Format of work

• Remote (Ukraine / any city)
• Schedule: flexible, Mon-Fri (responsibility for the result, not for hours)
• Payment: from $600 (based on the results of the interview)

Role mission

Project Manager ensures successful management of client projects:

• collects and structures client requirements,
• formulates clear tasks for the team and clear documents for the client,
• coordinates the work of the team and monitors deadlines,
• responsible for transparent communication between all parties.

Important: PM does not make technical decisions alone - we have a technical PM and a team to consult with.

 Your responsibilities

• Gathering customer requirements (first meetings, clarifying calls, documentation).
• Writing high-level technical tasks (for the team and for of the client).
• Planning and control of tasks, coordinating the work of developers and designers.
• Management of several small projects in parallel.
• Regular communication with clients (status, clarifications, answers to questions).
• Control of deadlines and quality of execution.
• Participation in process improvement.

Who we are are we looking for?

• Experience of Project Manager from 1 year especially in service IT companies (important: not the product sector).
• Understanding the specifics of web development (WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify or similar CMS).
• Ability to work with client requirements and turn them into tasks.
• Responsibility, organization, attention to details.
• Communication: ability to explain technical things in simple terms.

Would be an advantage (but not decisive):

• experience in SEO or analytics,
• past experience in web development / design / analytics,
• experience in automation (Zapier, Make.com),
• work with AI in management or web developers.
