- You are a software developer or have in-depth experience in software development as a project manager
- You have a talent for communication and can motivate your team
- You can build a clear communication bridge between developers and management
- You act independently and can organize yourself
- You have already worked according to the agile method and are familiar with the ticket system
- Nice to have: You have a good leadership style, are familiar with business management and want to grow with us
