At least three years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects, preferred in a software house company Knowledge and experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Experience in managing teams and projects for corporate clients Knowledge of the software development cycle Ability to communicate effectively and friendly Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and the team Experience in working with tools supporting project management, such as Jira, Toggl, Confluence Higher education in IT or related field will be an additional advantage Certificates confirming skills in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, CSM) Experience in working with tools for requirements management and process modeling Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD) For our client from Poznań - a technology company creating dedicated IT solutions for recognizable Polish and foreign brands, we are looking for a person for the position of IT Project Manager.
