• Interaction with the team of mobile medical teams in terms of analysis of the current state of systems and business processes, identification of business requirements, their formalization and description;
• CRM administration and support, participation in the integration with the ERP system.
• Preparation and approval of technical tasks;
• Testing of developed software and preparation of instructions for users;
• Training of users at national, regional and local levels;
• Participation in the process of communication with external partners of the TCHU.

Requirements:

• Higher education (IT, technical/economic);
• Experience of working as an IT project manager from 2 years;
• Experience of managing the development, implementation, administration of CRM and/or ERP in a cross-functional environment ;
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook as well as Jira, Google Docs;
• Experience/knowledge of data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox, MS Forms.
• Knowledge of approaches to describing functional requirements;
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills;
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines as an independent , as well as in a team;
• High level of self-organization and time management;
• Leadership qualities, attention to details, analytical abilities;
• Responsibility for decisions and results .  
• The level of English language proficiency is Intermediate;
