The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is important for us :

  • Orientation on the result and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Project management experience in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall management methodologies.
  • Ability to organize projects using Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban frameworks.
  • Support for Lean Management principles.
  • Project management experience in Jira, Confluence.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and project schedule in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize and solve problems in conditions of high uncertainty and flexible startup environment.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Preferably 2 years or more project management experience, including software development knowledge.
  • Experience of participating in a variety of projects, including projects of varying complexity and scope.
  • Manage the project budget: plan, control and optimize costs.
  • Manage the project team: coordinate the work of a team of analysts, developers, testers, designers, etc., delegate tasks, motivate and manage the product development process at all stages of the SDLC from gathering requirements to releases.
  • Monitor and control: follow the progress of projects and tasks, identify and manage risks, solve problems and implement changes to achieve goals, monitor, coordinate tasks and update statuses.
  • Reporting: prepare project status reports and present them to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage communication: Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders, including customers, development teams, management and other company departments.
  • Manage change: develop and implement strategies for engaging change in projects, taking into account customer requirements and business needs.
  • Improve current processes, schemes, structures and business processes that affect the implementation of projects. Maintain project documentation and form knowledge bases on projects.
  • Participate in the implementation of best practices and knowledge in the company.
  • Support and coordinateproject rituals: grooming, stand-up, etc.
  • Manage change: reorient resources, archive artifacts and increments according to updating stakeholder requests.
