Who are we looking for?— we are looking for an IT Project Manager who can strengthen our team and lead our company to its intended goals. Stable and decent salary: rate + bonus upon closing the vacancy We expect from the candidate: Higher technical education; Experience in IT project management in in the field of ERP, CRM, WEB and development of business applications for at least 3 years; Communication and organizational skills, critical thinking, attention to detail; Ability to work in a team; Experience in writing technical specifications and communication with a business analyst; High level of organizational skills (team management with 5 people); Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum and product life cycle); Developed soft skills and ability to work in a team. What you will do: Planning, organizing and managing projects for the creation and development of business applications (corporate websites, online stores , automated workplaces, ERP and CRM systems); Identification of project risks and their management; Management of relations with the project team and the project customer; Coordination and resolution of operational tasks and possible problems during project implementation; Constant interaction with internal customers and third-party teams on software integration; Monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of project deadlines and budget; Ensuring high quality of work performance; Identification of business needs and development of technical tasks.
