IT Project manager in Mavericks Agency

Mavericks agency is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation of web projects. Your role will involve managing projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing resources, controlling deadlines and communicating with clients. IT experience and a willingness to smile are a must) Our ideal candidate: understands the web development cycle has 2+ years of experience PMusferi web developer has 5 years of experience as a manager, has a confident command of English (B2 level), is familiar with technical processes (knows what GIT, server, API, front/back, etc.) is able to effectively plan, organize, manage resources, projects, has good communication skills and can balance well between understands the client's requirements and the company's goals, takes responsibility for himself, is able to make decisions independently, can clearly set the production team's tasks, has experience working with task managers (Jira, ClickUp, Teamwork, various CRMs, etc.) project management methodologies and experience in their implementation, experience working with Wordpress, working with custom projects (in our case, this is Laravel and Vue.js), any experience in manual QA, understanding the principles of digital marketing and SEO promotion, Responsibilities: planning and managing website development projects, organizing team work, setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution, development and preparation of project documentation, collection, analysis, structuring of client requirements, evaluation of projects, formation of budgets, communication with Ukrainian and foreign clients, resolution of conflict situations (and ideally, prevention of their occurrence), analysis of team work, search for vulnerabilities and ways to increase efficiency, and other tasks that did not make it to this list :) and love the team to pursue joint success.According to the conditions: trial period - 3 months (75% of salary) from 35k - 45k UAH depending on the results of the interviewregular review of salaries at the office in Kyiv, a couple of minutes from the city of Kontraktova Plosha (temporarily closed, but you can come to work by appointment) A little about us: We are a small team, we specialize in UI/UX design and web development (Wordpress, Laravel, Vue.js).
