We invite you to the ITProject Manager team. Responsibilities: Development of the project strategy and definition of tasks for the team. Interaction with the project customer, coordination of requirements and problem solving. Determination of project risks and their management. .Requirements:Higher technical education.Master's degree in a relevant field or project management field.Availability of a certificate of professional or agile project management.Experience of working as an ITProject Manager for 5 years or more.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the product life cycle.Understanding of technical terminology (backend , frontend, deploy, API, monolith/microservice) and the principles of private blockchain work. Experience in working with cross-functional teams (10+ specialists). Proficiency in such tools as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MindManager, Figma, Google Calendar. Experience in writing technical specifications and communication with business -analyst. Strong time management skills. Experience in managerial work. High level of analysis of problem solving techniques. Self-motivation, analytical skills, communication skills, ability to solve problems, leadership qualities. Conditions: Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00—18:00. Work in a comfortable office near the station. Pecherska metro station. Decent salary level (rate + bonuses).
