IT Project Manager in Personalities, HR Company

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a qualified IT project manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of the company's project office. Basic requirements: higher education; 3+ years of work experience as an IT project manager; experience working with project software and project management tools; English (Intermediate) B1+ oral, as an advantage - conversational; confident knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel) ;knowledge of Asana, Jira, Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Figma; understanding of SDLC; experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) will be a plus; technical experience as a software developer/ business analyst/ system analyst/ tester will be an advantage ; analytical and communication skills, conflict management skills; the ability to work in multitasking mode and organize one's work, the ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions, result orientation, teamwork, focus on the client. Responsibilities: planning, organization and project management in the field of IT, in particular, the implementation of new systems and technologies; management of the project office team, including assignment of tasks, monitoring of implementation and evaluation of work results; identification and management of risks related to IT projects; preparation of reports on the progress of the project and its status; communication with customers, team members and third-party suppliers; ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of tasks; development and compliance with project management standards and methodologies in the field of information technology; preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
