We are currently looking for a specialist in our dynamic team for the position of IT Project Manager.

Your list of responsibilities will include:

• project management and full responsibility for results;
• control of collection of requirements;
• assessment of the deadlines and scope of work together with the team;
• building a release schedule and providing updates;
• control of development costs;
• communication with colleagues within the company, as well as with partners;
• quality control of product development;
• working with the expectations of process participants;
• managing people in projects, together with the technical team leader;
• risk management on projects, including work with change requests and priority management;
• project documentation support;
• project monitoring on an ongoing basis, progress/quality assessment, problem solving.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• at least 3 years of successful experience as a Project Manager;
• understanding what business processes are and having the skills to improve these processes in a team;
• experience with SCRUM;
• experience in building strong and reliable relationships with interested parties;
• a practical approach to project management metrics and indicators;
• knowledge of project management methodology and tools;
• strong communication, organizational and leadership skills;
• risk and quality management skills;
• perfect level of knowledge of the English language.
