IT Project Manager in Quintagroup

Quintagroup is a team of professionals that provides consulting, programming and support services to organizations interested in deploying web-based solutions on the cloud platforms.

We are looking for a talented Project manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product management, customers and developers to render business needs into structured and prioritized requirements
• support teams to understand value and details of new requirements, product and business initiatives
• create detailed project planning
• analyse to define product backlogs
• perform risk management to minimize project risk
• conduct/facilitate meetings and presentations (planning, grooming, demo, acceptance)
• create and ongoing maintenance of list of documents in different types and formats, report project status
• lead and coordinate projects teams
• manage individual tasks and responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• english - fluent or upper intermediate written and verbal skills
• high communicative skills
• ability to manage requirements and changes
• understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Lean
• understanding of BPMN

Would be a plus:

• experience in Git
• using of Gantt Charts to visualize tasks in progress
• understanding of RACI matrix
• understanding of post-mortem projects flow
